What are Mega Magnets?

41 large (mega), double-sided, durable, dry-erasable Math Stackers magnets for your students to use on your magnetic whiteboard to help build an even stronger math thinking community within your classroom!

Now your students will be able to share the reasoning and discoveries they've been making with their Math Stackers blocks and magnets in small groups, with the WHOLE class.

Mega Magnets are BIG & easy for your kids to showcase their whole problem-solving process where everyone can SEE their thinking.

These mega-math-thinking manipulatives have the same front face dimensions as our blocks! 

Your students can also flip them over and utilize the lined backs of the MEGA MAGNETS to replicate the notched sections of the blocks. 

If you teach grades 2nd through 5th, we recommend 2 sets of Mega Magnets so that your kids can show off all of the properties of multiplication, fractions concepts, higher addition, area models (arrays). etc!

So many kinder concepts!

The Math Stackers have been so beneficial to my kindergarten students! We use them as we explore early numeracy and the relationships between the numbers from 1-10. We also use them for patterning as well. Later in the year, we use them for subitizing and finding multiple combinations to create a number. Finally, we teach computation at the end of the year. Math Stackers are phenomenal for addition and subtraction!
